Terms and Conditions
- Passenger Capacity: Sedan vehicles have a maximum capacity of 3-4 passengers. SUV vehicles have a maximum capacity of 6-7 passengers.
- Minimum Coverage: One-way trips must cover a minimum distance of 130 km. Round trips must cover a minimum distance of 250 km
- Minimum Daily Distance for Bangalore: For round trips, a minimum distance of 300 km per day is required.
- Waiting Charges: Waiting charges of Rs. 150 per hour will apply during the trip. No waiting charges will be imposed for food breaks, tea breaks, or restroom breaks.
- Starting and Ending KM: It is mandatory to note down the starting and ending kilometers of the trip.
- Additional Charges: Permit charges, driver bata, toll charges, interstate permits, hill charges, and pet charges (if applicable) will be billed as quoted. Toll charges will be paid by the driver using a Fastag.
- Payment Options: Payments can be made online or in cash.
- Duration of a Day: “One day” refers to a calendar day, starting from midnight 12:00 AM and ending at the next midnight 12:00 AM.
